Shipping Rates

All items will be shipped from Grand Rapids MI in less than 2 business days from date of order All orders are shipped UPS Ground for continental US. For overseas orders we use U.S. Postal Service, contact us for costs. Other shipping methods are available upon request but may be subject to exta charges.  PO Boxes, APO, and EPO are all excluded from free shipping offers as well as any shipments outside of the continental US.  Every effort will be made to combine orders to save $$$$ on shipping.  All shipping charges are calculated using UPS's shipping calculator originating from zip code 49316

Return Policy

All sales should be considered final, but we understand that sometimes things are not exactly what we expected.  If an item needs to be returned it is the buyers responsibilty to contact us within 1 business day of delivery to make arrangements. All returns must be in new , resalable condition. Return shipping and insurance is the buyers responsibility
